We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Development Lead to join and lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of leading successful development projects from conception to deployment, and experience or demonstrated curiosity in artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web and mobile applications, incorporating AI and LLM technologies where applicable.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring alignment with AI and LLM capabilities.
3. Architect scalable and efficient solutions that leverage AI and LLM technologies to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.
4. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and techniques for integrating AI and LLM components into applications.
5. Conduct code reviews to ensure AI and LLM implementations are optimized for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
6. Stay current with emerging AI and LLM technologies and trends, and advocate for their integration into development projects when appropriate.
7. Continuously improve development processes and workflows to streamline AI and LLM integration and deployment.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI and LLM implementations, collaborating with data scientists and AI engineers as needed.
9. Serve as or become a subject matter expert in AI and LLM technologies, providing technical leadership and guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in full stack development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies with a demonstrated track record of leading teams, solving complex issues, and removing blockers
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Ruby, Java, or similar.
Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Solid understanding of database design and development, with proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Proven track record of successfully leading development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Experience in AI and machine learning, with knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is highly desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
