Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and versatile LLM Engineer to join our team and help us push the boundaries of AI. As an LLM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative LLM-based solutions that address real-world challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications and models across various domains (e.g., natural language processing, machine translation, text summarization, question answering).
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Researchers, ML Engineers, and Product Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experiment with different LLM architectures and techniques to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs on specific tasks and datasets to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM research and technology.
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT 4, Llama, BERT, T5).
- Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for learning and staying current with the latest trends in AI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LLM evaluation and benchmarking.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Publication record in relevant conferences or journals.
- Degree in statistics and mathematics is a plus
- Excellent understanding of the theory behind neural networks, deep learning, and transformer based architectures is required
