Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, with a proven track record of success in applying these techniques to real-world problems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Collaborate with engineers to extract, clean, and prepare data for model training.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain robust machine learning pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and deep learning.
- Contribute to the development of large language models (LLMs) and related applications.
- Explore and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance model capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with large language models and RAG is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with big data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning.
