Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test automation suites using industry-standard tools like Cucumber and Selenium.
- Work closely with development teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable test automation scripts.
- Conduct thorough unit and regression testing to identify and isolate defects early in the development process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate test automation into the software delivery lifecycle.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and report on software quality metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proven expertise in using automated testing tools like Cucumber and Selenium.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
